HER STORY
Jordan didn't arrive at massage therapy by accident — she followed a thread that's woven through everything she does: a deep curiosity about how bodies work, how they break down, and how they come back to life.
Jordan has spent her career at the intersection of science and healing — driven by a single question: how do we help the body find its way back to itself?
With a BS in Athletic Training from the University of Delaware and over six years of clinical experience, Jordan has worked alongside an exceptionally diverse range of people — professional athletes, circus performers, collegiate and high school teams, industrial workers, and everyday movers. That range gave her something rare: the ability to meet any body where it is, without assumption or agenda.
Her expanded credentials — as a CEAS-III, Certified Holistic Health Coach, and Certified Holistic Nutritionist — reflect her belief that true recovery doesn't happen in isolation. Sleep, stress, movement, and nourishment are all part of the picture.
HER APPROACH
Jordan's approach is built on a simple belief: that the most effective healing draws from multiple traditions. Informed by Leslie Bruder's Phenomenal Touch philosophy, Jordan approaches each session as a fluid, three-dimensional experience rather than a series of isolated techniques. Depth, pressure, contact, and rhythm are balanced in real time, guided by deep listening to what each body communicates.
True recovery runs deeper than muscle and tissue — it moves through the nervous system, the breath, and the body's own capacity to heal. Somatic presence and nervous system regulation aren't peripheral to her work — they're woven into the core of it. That depth of understanding comes from years of training and real-world clinical experience across a wide range of disciplines.
Jordan brings the full spectrum of her expertise into every session — the clinical precision of athletic training, the environmental insight of ergonomics, the somatic depth of yoga, and the healing intelligence of massage — united in service of one thing: your body's ability to restore itself.
Away from the treatment room, you'll find Jordan exploring Colorado's trails, lifting weights, dancing, playing pickleball, skiing, and spending time with loved ones.

Who It's For
Injury-focused sessions are designed for anyone navigating a musculoskeletal injury, chronic pain, post-surgical recovery, or a movement limitation that has gone unaddressed. Whether you're an athlete working to return to sport, someone dealing with recurring tension or dysfunction, or a person who has simply been told to "just rest" without real answers — these sessions are built for you.
What to Expect
Your initial session begins with a thorough musculoskeletal evaluation drawing from Jordan's background as a Certified Athletic Trainer. Together, you'll discuss your history, movement patterns, and goals before Jordan conducts a hands-on assessment to identify the root cause of your symptoms — not just where it hurts, but why. Treatment follows immediately, integrating massage therapy, soft tissue mobilization, IASTM, and other relevant modalities. You'll leave with a personalized home care plan including targeted exercises and recovery strategies to support your progress between sessions.
What Makes It Different
Jordan treats the whole picture. Her training as both an Athletic Trainer and Licensed Massage Therapist gives her a clinical lens that few bodyworkers bring to the table — the ability to assess, diagnose movement dysfunction, and treat with precision while honoring the body's capacity to heal itself.
Initial Evaluation & Treatment
$288
2 hours

Follow-Up Injury Treatment
$222
1 hr 30 min
Continuing care that builds on your initial evaluation. Each follow-up refines the treatment approach as your body responds and progresses — targeted, adaptive, and always purposeful.
